 Hi! I’m Ella, founder of Studio Wren. I curate  individualized movement sessions (Pilates/Yoga/ or a mix of both) that are challenging, grounding and functional. I offer private and semi-private sessions that are made just for you- focused, specific instruction in a peaceful environment where you can tune in and take care of yourself. 
I believe alignment, strength and ease in the body facilitate mental clarity and resilience; qualities we need to be mindful and impactful members in our communities. 

Services

  • I am comprehensively trained in classical Pilates and incorporate creative contemporary exercises into my teaching. Studio Wren is equipped with a reformer, Cadillac, chair and ladder barrel.

    I teach Vinyasa yoga, emphasizing breathwork and proper alignment. We will link breath to movement as we discover ease in the effort of the practice.
