55 minute Classes

Each session is tailored to meet your goals. Pilates is an exercise system that emphasizes core strength, balance, posture and mobility. I gather inspiration from the 6 Principles of Pilates- Concentration, Control, Center, Precision, Fluidity and Breath and incorporate those concepts into each session for a full body workout.

Private or Semi-Private yoga

55 Minute Classes

Your yoga session can be a powerful strong flow, a restorative meditation focused experience or a little bit of both. Whether this is your first time on a yoga mat or a practice you have had for years I will tailor the experience to help you feel stronger and more flexible in both mind and body.

  • Introductory Private Pilates or Yoga- $85

    First Semi-Private Session- $50 per person

    These sessions are an opportunity to clarify your movement goals and make sure we are a good fit!
